I parked my car outside of croma (sg highway) and went in for a bit. When i got back, the wheel was locked and the policemen were present. I went upto them to pay the official amount which is Rs. 200. I gave him a Rs. 500 because I didnt have change and he said he didnt have change either. He said just pay 100 and go. I did :(!!
