HI, It wasn't me but my family members who gave Rs 100 to a traffic police man who stopped the car saying that we crossed in red light though the light was full green when we passed. We were in a hurry and to save time my parents gave him Rs 100 because he was making an wrong issue to pass time and get some money. When handed over the money,he allowed us to go with a smile on his face.
