Pay for you will wait for ever
My dad just retired as a High school teacher in our native(village in Tumkur district). The clerks at Taluq office(********** vidhana soudha) in Chikkanayakana halli made us return empty handed because I did not pay the bribe. And I had to travel from Bangalore to Chikkanayakanahalli, taking leave from my office. I was made to pay 1500 rupees as bribe to get the filed moving.
