My Name Is Dhruv Singh And I am a fashion designer by proffession,on 23rd of november 2019,there is an event in my showroom for which i purchased some flowers and tree leaves for decoration from local market, while decorating my showroom's lane two police person(Head Constible Prem Chand along with one more constible)came to my showroom and told me that it is illegal to decorate lane with flowers and you cutted down the trees for which you have to pay 50000/- rs fine otherwise we will take you to the police station and also told me if you want to settle things here then you have to pay me 25000/- rs then i told him i don't have that much amount then they finally settled at the amount of 17000/-rs. I also have cctv footage of whole incident. Incident Location- Lado Sarai,New Delhi
