We have a Property newly constructed in Tranquil Acres, Kovilambakkam. This comes under the Village panchayat office Kovilambakkam. The first time you need to get the document to be created because of which the builder got some deal and instead of just paying Rs2,500 we paid Rs12,500. The Village panchayat officer returns people for want of some information and then get is done through some middle men. I agree i am responsible enough to fight the system but wanted to share my weakness. The vigilence department of Chennai is also corrupt and does not record our case and fight it out.
