Rate fixed for refund at 10%

• Paid INR 1,000

I do not know of the rest of the country but in Vijayawada it is 10% for every refund cheque. Of-course it is only if the refund is genuine. This is not the first year I heard about this. I will probably have to pay again for my own money.
