I hate to say it that this is the second year I coughed up money to settle property tax. My property is on rent and like last time, if I would have paid up the correct dues, it would have taken up almost 30% of my rental income. So, I decided to settle it by paying up a couple of 1000 rupees. I wish the rates be more rational and less taxing so that I could pay the fair amount rather than pay up like this.
