Settling Hospital/ Medical bill

Hospital was not accepting cheque payment and forced me to pay/ settle all my medical bill in cash. Which I think is a bribe in itself since the doctors would escape from the tax.
The bribe calculated is at 33% of the total bill amount which I paid to the hospital
