Hi,
I was asked to pay a bribe of 30,000 for road cutting sanction. People were telling he could only give connection after this ,as there was a complaint on the building because neighbor objected building a wall attached to his , as he had encroached more that what he should have,we never gave a return complaint on him as we didn't want to get into a dispute.Not given bribe yet.
