Shabasad behaviour is jealousy to Shantipuram Ward No 08

I tell many time to sabhasad of ward 08 of Gorakhpur to make inter-locking road in shantipuram area but he didn't take any action , he made all the road around a that road. the people went him to many times but he show jealousy to the people.
