The clerk concerned for death certificate of my Dad received Bribe of Rs.150.00 for asking Burning records. This has been produced on demand.The copy of Burning records which is given by BBMP Sumanahalli not seems to be OK for him.
The shameless clerk called some other person from his cellphone who is in Rajarajeswari Nagar for clarification & that person again asked for money. I finally paid Rs.150/- from my pocket for 2 copies of Death certificate of my Dad.
The corruption is each & everywhere in all Govt offices.
I will narrate one more incidence where my Dad hospitalised & death occured in one of Pvt emergency centres in Bengaluru. The Total amount paid by me for 5 days hospitalisation & treatment went around 21000 rs but at last I got manual Bill for only Rs.17000/- & I don't know the details for the balance 4000/- paid by me at the time of dead body clearance of my *******
