Hello i am LLB by qualification,
Its is a very recent incidence, were i approach Shop Act office for shop act registration, i paid all gov fees bylaw , i allot a day to get a physical certificate, concern office is not on table, officer's -subordinate (not a gov employee may be)( use to take a bribe)" ask me are you a client? or consultant? when he come to know. i m consultant he ask me for 1000/- bribe.
I refuse bec the gov fees are Rs 360 for 3 years,mostly we take 1200/-from our clients, i requested i will give you 500/-..but a subordinate not give me certificate and give 100 reason's.. you not file the doc properly ..being it was checked and authenticated by other gov official. payment is accepted by revenue department.. still my work is sucked.. its a ground level reality .. form the amount Rs 50 to 50 lac a gov official ask for bribe. please advice ..what should a common ********** can do!
