Short cut to get Passport Enquiry Token in RPO

In Regional Passport Office(RPO) Banglore, in order to enquire about your passport,u should get a token.usually u have to stand in the queue from morning 5 to get a token number within 20.for that u have to stand and wait till 9. Instead i went around 8 and request the police men standing there to help me somehow.then he took me inside the office and there is a blind spot from cctv camera,there gave him 200 bucks.then i got token number 12....as simple as that.
