Stamp Paper Seller at Sub-Registrar's Office, Serilingampally demanded a Bribe of Rs. 10 /- over and above the Price of Stamp Paper of Value of Rs. 100 /- This amount being charged by him from all the Buyers that too at the Counter of SRO, This is pathetic.
I have seen Stamp Vendors (Private) charging more than the value of the Stamp Paper even though they are supposed to sell them at Face Value and for which they will get a Commission.
