I needed to pay the property tax for my uncle and ask them to help issue the latest Khatha Extract. (Agreed this wasnt the BBMP (and now you get this without a bribe in the **********). I had to pay Rs 1000 for a Khatha Extract. That person made me wait for over 2 hours saying no forms. Then he "FOUND" a form and filled it up but wouldnt give it to me unless i paid Rs. 1500 and he wouldnt listen to me as - you cant negotiate on a bribe. Demanding your rights from the government and its bureaucratic offices is wrong and we the citizens of the country should continue living in one the most authoritive governments in the world. Democracy my ********** - my vote doesnt count.
