Sub Registrar Bangalore South Office is Seeking 30K in Bribe for Flat Registration.

I am in process of registering the flat, but sub registrar office is asking 30K in bribe in the name of doing their own job. Please look into this matter and bribery is major ball game in Bangalore property registration under names of administrative fees, legal fees etc. This should stop immediately.
