I had to pay the property tax for a property of mine and a relative's. The official asked me for Rs 100 for each property tax form filled.
I know it's a bribe, but I still needed help filling out the confusing form and the official knew exactly what to fill up. So I didn't entirely mind paying him Rs 100 per form filled. Maybe they should make it official - fill up the form yourself and submit it for free if you can, but if you need help then pay Rs 100 per form. Any takers?
