They wanted me to pay 325000 tax from 2000 to 2007 on business

I am not sure if i owed that much tax but i was behind for business being very slow. they kept coming and harassing me evry week and phone calls as well. finally we reached a deal to pay an officer lumbsum of 75000 to wipe off all my debts against income tax.
