Current reservation/cancellation counter NDLS.
I did not have an ID proof for getting the ticket cancelled. Sardarji cancelled the first ticket and told to get other one cancelled from the adjacent window. Other guy asked for ID which I didn't have, so he sent me back to sardarji.

Sardarji did it after a lot of pleading but asked for 'ID fine'.
