On Saturday I went for my annual t permit vehicle passing at Kalyan site. "Right at the ENTRANCE". There were people who were openly forcefully asking for money (fixed@100rs) in the name of parking. Also my appointment date was 5th October till 3:45Am but the officer incharge of inspection refused to inspect at 2Am. No explanation given only told to come tomorrow. Now I have retake appointment. TOTAL INJUSTICE N WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
