I am a youth of 17 years . i and a friend wanted to issue a learners license . the cost of the license is rs.30 . but i had a great shock when we were demanded rs.3500 by the authorities. my friend applied for the same but for me it was against my principles. myself being a volunteer of INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION has taken pledge not to promote corruption. ultimately i was denied a license showing lame excuses of fault in my documents.
