Since I shifted from Madhya Pradesh to Maharashtra, I decided to change the address in my driving license. Initially when I enquired about the process at Pune, RTO; some agent ask me to pay 1200 Rs to get the work done smoothly. However I refused to pay & decided to get it done by myself. The process took 1.5 hrs at Pune RTO. Once I finished the process, I feel proud of not paying bribe to anyone.
