Affidavit fees for Lodging F.I.R. in Bhopal
I had visited Talaiya Police station, Bhopal for lodging an complaint against my lost Post Office Pass Book. But they insisted to either show affidavit verifying that I am original person or I must pay Rs 100 so that they can file affidavit for me. I made complaint to Station In charge but he didn't responded and told me to do as constables were telling. As per rule, their is no such provisions for filing affidavit in such cases. Also, they denied either to make statement or write on my application. Please help me...
