After police verification and document handover, he asked for Govt. Office Fee?
Hi,
My passport file no. is **407****5215, qualified for post police verification. Today after police verification at my home and handing over required documents at around 12:25PM today 2nd April 2015, Police Constable ask me " Sir Ji, there is a sarkari fees for this verification"
I said " kinni" (how much)?
He hesitated and said "Police station aa jana parchi ktwa lena", but he did not told me how much fee is required. That clearly shows that He was asking for bribe.
In response to his answer I replied " theek hai fer thane aa k gal kr lwa ge". ( OK. we will talk there) and I did not went there.
I know I have paid 1500/- + 35/- (SMS FEE)fee to RPO for same and I don't need to pay any fee to Police for Post PV.
Wake up Indian, these are heights now. I think that is the one of the reason some Educated Indians working in IT firms are so depressed with such situations that They have decided to settle abroad. GOOD decision (Hope things are better thr not like India ).
Thanks for reading and if any RPO offical is reading this, please go and check the status of my verification and DO NOT ask applicant to check with Police for PV. I request to give this PV task to private organizations, where TCS or any other firms person will go to Police station and ask for history of applicant and do the same thing that these corrupt Police is doing.
