The traffic police guy put a barricade on my car wheel and alleged that I parked the car in a no parking zone. However to my utter surprise, there was no "No Parking" sign there and there was no parking space. The traffic guy even mentioned that its not his job to decide parking its the municipality which decides that and I must pay him some money and settle it.
I denied it and went a kilometer ahead, paid a penalty got a receipt and got the barricade removed from my car wheel.
