My friend has been asked to pay a 1000 Rs bribe OVER THE PHONE (yes you heard it right). She's been asked to pay a bribe over the phone to get a tatkal date!

I've asked her to personally go over to him, and pay him the bribe and hide a hidden camera to record the proceedings and post it on youtube!! But she's afraid that guy will get away regardless and recognize it was her !! I can't seem to convince her!! What do to?
