Application for transfer of lease
Application for transfer of lease submitted in XXX at market department asked for Rs 50000 as bribe for transfer of lease licence on my name. All the required documents are attached to my application but then also he was repeatedly telling me that this is the rate you have to give , or your file will remain pending as other files. He was not ready to hear anything. I submitted the application and took the acknowledgement and left. I know my application will not be forwarded until I pay him .This is just an attempt to get the job done without giving any bribe . Kindly help please
