Asking Openly for Bribe
I am a regular commuter between noida and delhi.Today(17/Oct/2010) on sec 37 crossing,a
home guard named xyz(although i knew name) came near to my bike and take away key and
then asked for all the paper.after verifying the paper he asked for rs 100
,and when i refused and asked for what reason he take my Driving
license and put false allegation of red light jumping which is totally
baseless because when he caught me i m standing on the other side of road
(And it impossible to jump the red light in such heavy traffic and presence
of so many traffic official at morning at sec 37 crossing)
When i complain it to the traffic police he totally agreeable with that
homeguard and give me a receipt of traffic violation and take my
DL.If such cases going to be happen then what the need of carrying all the
document.It really weird that after having all the valid
document you are standing on the wrong side and without any hearing.i complained it to traffic police website also but got the message Delivery *******
