Be firm and not pay bribe
My company required a certificate from ITO, to get exemption from double taxation receipts from Indonesia. They asked for a bribe. However, we said we will not pay and conveyed that firmly. We managed to get it without paying a bribe. Just the persistence and clear stand helped. It takes a few more days, but you can get it done.
