I was travelling by activa without helmet on the road, and I had an DL which was only 4 wheeler and I was not permitted to ride a 2 wheeler. The COP caught me and told me to pay for fine. I asked him the amount and he told its a huge amount, just pay me Rs. 200 & leave, but as I am against bribing officers, I paid the cop Rs. 100 for not wearing helmet, & Rs. 300 for riding without helmet & took a receit for the same,
