Bribe for getting electricity connectio in my flat.
I had purchased a flat at Kolkata to stay there after retirement.Before being given the completion certificate I was
told by the promoter to pay Rs 5000/-as bribe to ********** for getting the clearance certificate.I was not given any receipt.I had to pay in cash the same day and got my connection within a week.This was apart from the usual charge paid as advance for any connection given by ********** for new *******
