Bribe Taking Vs NonBribe Taking Officer

• PWD Officers

I am an officer in PWD who refused to accept bribe during work and refused to pay for promotion and currently in a terrible situation. Don't know if I can be an inspiration.

My Life:
1. Finding it difficult to pay fee for my daughter's study (~3 Lakhs)
2. My mother needs a medical care which I am not able to afford (~ 2 Lakhs)

On the other hand this is the lavish life of one who accept bribes:
Name: Y. L. Lakhani
Date/Time/Locations: Many a times during his tenure at Yavatmal/Nashik
Current Designation: Deputy Engineer
New Designation (to be announced): Executive Engineer

This man on mere govt. salary did following:
1. Luxurious Daughter Marriage in a short duration of 2 days
2. Paid >10 Lakhs for his son's education w/o loan and scholarship
3. Rumors have it that his son will go for higher studies in US (60-70 Lakhs)

I need not mention how much corruption exists here.
