Bribe in university and scientific bodies- A way to recuit the less talented.
Now the current trent in India is that u cannot get a faculty position or a scientific position in any research body with out a bribe. Every political party has a share in it. The price for a faculty position goes from 20 - 35 lakh. This has been strategy to drive the talented out of the country and to retain the less talented. The problem is that this people who bribed and join are not willing to do any good work. They remain a curse to the students and scientific community.
Will the governemt do something to retain the talented and to prevent the bribe drain.
I too being a victim driven out of the country and there are more like me.....
