Bribe was demanded by a patwari

I went to patwari (Mr Vijay Pal) of my village, Mandola, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, to get my village land records updated after expiry of my father.
Patwari, Mr. Vijaypal, demanded for Rs. 1000/- despite having all my papers in place, to get the record updated in my name.
When I refused to pay he dared me to complain to anybody and threatened that my work will never be get done.
