I am software developer I was working as usual today I went train station to have a tea. Police man stopped me while I was entering to station by bike without helmet. He told me to pay 500rs.But I asked him I need receipt for my violation but he told I have seen 1000 of people like you now you pay 500 I refused it so he took my bike and me and my friend walked 5kms at 2.30 am morning now I want to sue that constable I was ready to pay fine for my mistake without helmet but he dint had any receipt to give more over he was not traffic police he was a pc . I am ready to pay fine legally not like this how much he asked for
