Hi Team,
This has happened in July 2013 and I am still suffering from this harassment.
This is against Jagat Singh Sharma, Crime Branch who on my research has already case against him previously for taking bribes.
Had approached my family in Mumbai against a complaint filed by a guy called Shashank Chaudhary who had bribed Jagat Singh to investigate further on what was a false case against me.
This guy had filed a case of kidnapping against me and when on first police enquiry found that I wasnt in the country for the dates he had filed, this person sent in Jagat Singh Sharma, who along with his wife came to my home and spoke to my parents and asked for indirectly for bribe.
This happened even after the police had taken statement of the girl who according to them was kidnapped by me.
Still as the person Shashank Chaudhary has/has been paying bribe everywhere and also to Jagat Singh Sharma the filthiest officer ever seen, he purposely went ahead and filed a chargesheet against me and my family.
Because of which me and my family have been badly traumatized and there has been no solution and instead I have spent more lakhs of amounts been honest.
Please help me.
I am willing to share further details and documents required for this.
There is a case running in Noida Court against me and my family for this. If you can help me with this?
I have mailed to various NGO but never got a response.
