Cop trying to get a 'tip'
(Not Panaji, but that is the nearest available city in the list) Baga, Goa. Lone policeman stopped me on my scooter and asked for my international driving permit. I showed it to him. He seemed surprised that I had one. Then asked me for RS 300. I asked why, but he just repeated the demand. I then pointed out to him that I has just shown him the documents he asked for and asked why I had to pay him. Suddenly he became uneasy and got rid of me as soon as possible.
