Corruption in RTO Yelahanka
I tried to get a Driving License for my wife in Yelahanka RTO.
Number of visits
1. For LL application - Long queue to pay the fees where as the Driving schools folks get direct entry to the payment counter.
2. For DL application - There is no mentioning of the way the files are to be arranged and they reject any form which is not according to "Driving School" order. Wonder whether the RTO is made for the driving schools folks only.
3. DL Test Date - It is purposefully given very close to the LL expiry so that honest people go through the misery of applying again and fail
4. DL Test Failed - Purposefully the inspector make us fail the test citing reasons which are debatable.
Not to mention the attitude of the officers sitting there. They behave as if they are God's gift to mankind.
There is no time mentioned when to come for LL or DL. We have spent nearly 5 days and yet to get a DL. Is this how our democracy was supposed to be - by the people, for the people and to the people.
Even if 3015 comes our country will be corrupt the same. For getting one DL people are made to roam around like this wasting their valuable office time then what can i say.
