Demanding bribe for issue NEW passport
Dear sir madam
With due respect i would like to inform you that i m Advocate by profession and a regular practicing lawyer here at Bhopal and i want to complaint a matter regarding DEMAND OF BRIBE FROM PASSPORT OFFICER SMT. L.K.WAGHELA AND MR.DEOMAN HEDAU. Story in brief is that my client ********** ********** ********** who is national coach of water sports KAYAKING AND CANOEING had applied for passport from passport office Bhopal .mp ON 19510 .PASSPORT FILE NO.OF MY CLENT IS --BPL A01592810
AFTER THAT due to conspiracy of former I.G. Bhopal shri ********** ********** one false criminal case has been registered us 294 327 506 34 of I P C against my client, in concern to the case, the passport office Bhopal had send the letter in that letter, it was mentioned, that It has been reported that a criminal case is pending against you please explian the reason for hiding this information in your passport applicationin reply to letter of passport office my client staes that respected madam i did not hide any information from your passport office my passport application has been pending from 19510 and aforementioned false case had registered against me on 22510.
BUT after receiving reply PASSPORT OFFICER SMT. L.K.WAGHELA AND MR.DEOMAN HEDAU instructed my client if my client wants passport then to obtain order from court . My client had filed application before the judicial magistrate first class {shri ********** **********} seeiking order for issuance of passport on that honble JMFC COURT has been passed the order that the court had NO OBJECTION IF PASSPORT OFFICE BHOPAL WILL ISSUE PASSPORT TO MY CLIENT.
The court order has also been submitted by my client before the PASSPORT OFFICER SMT. L.K.WAGHELA AND MR.DEOMAN HEDAU. along with me, on that PASSPORT OFFICER SMT. L.K.WAGHELA AND MR.DEOMAN HEDAU had demanding 1lakh thousand rupees from my client in my presence,i protest them my client did not give you the bribe for issue passport and we both came to home. still my client has waiting for his passport .and PASSPORT OFFICER SMT. L.K.WAGHELA AND MR.DEOMAN HEDAU still demanding 1lakh rupees from my client. My client is VISHWAMITRA AWARDEE FROM STATE OF M.P AND A FEBULOUS COACH OF INDIAN TEAM OF KAYAKING AND CANOEING BUT WITHOUT PASSPORT HIS ABILITY WILL BE ZERO . I want legal action against PASSPORT OFFICER SMT. L.K.WAGHELA AND MR.DEOMAN HEDAU.i m ready to give affidavit in support of my compliant.plz do the need ful.
