Did not Bribe for Police Verification - Did not receive Passport even after 7 Months
I was not asked for a bribe during police verification at my residence, however, I could sense some hesitation. I was glad that the day passed by but now I realize that had I given a bribe, I would have had my passport in hand. It's been 7 months since the application and 6 months after the verification, the passport office says that the police verification is not clear. I have been living in the same house in the same locality for the last 22 years. Imagine the plight of people who shift to different places and need a passport. The whole of this Ministry of External Affairs is corrupt. Should elect a new minister instead of Kurshid next time.
