Dont bribe for what you can easily get
Being educated, it should not be difficult for anyone to get a Learning Licence by taking the e-test. Though some of the qestions(total 20) in the test are difficult to understand, anyone can easily make it as they only need to answer 12 questions correctly.

All you need to pay is
1. Application Fee Rs. 60
2. Service Charge Rs. 30
Total Rs. 90
Note 1: You can also pay fee at any Eseva Center.
Note 2: You can apply simultaneously for both LMV (car) & Motory Cycle (2 wheeler - gear/without gear).
For this the brokers will be charging anywhere around Rs.500
Please dont encourage bribes !!
