FIVE CRORES DEMAND BY INVESTIGATION WING, SALES TAX DEPARTMENT, MAZGOAN, MUMBAI
I was demanded a bribe of Rs. FIVE crores during raid and invetigation of sales tax case in December 2009 by the Investigation branch of Sales Tax Department, Mazgoan, Mumbai. The senior members of the team even told me that part of this amount will reach to the higher ups which includes Commissioner of Sales Tax and one of the DC made me to believe that he is in constant touch with him. After my non acceptance and non capable an bogus criminal case was reigstered against me on 11th January 2011 and I and my family is put to face the music of the system and law. I have lost my life and peace due to the same.
