Had to do their job to avoid bribe
My uncle requested me to get his Degree certificate from the GKP unversity as I was doing my engg from MMMEC. There was a stage where official asked for some money to get the receipt as it was in a pile of receipts and asked me to check after couple of weeks. As I was going for vacation in couple of days, I insisted that I have no many and I can help in finding the receipt. He invited me into his office and told me that feel free to find your uncle's receipt from 1985. Luckily I was able to find that in 5-10 mins.
