Hafta pass being illegally sold to bypass all sorts of traffic fines and violations
There is a RTO nexus that sells you this hafta pass off the record. You can get away with any sort of traffic violations once you show this pass to any traffic official who may have caught you. The logo is changed every month and supposedly all levels of RTO officials are involved in this scheme. Read this reddit thread for more details and pictures:
