Harassment
Hello friends, on 19 jan 2017 i had a meeting at an NGO in dharavi, mumbai. when i came out from the small road next to kamaraj school one hawaldar stopped me. then i realised he stopped me for helmet. which i was having in front of mirror but dint put. he asked me for license i gave him. then he asked me to meet PSI Rahul Deepak Bhosale who was siiting inside the jeep. i met him and said hello sir, then he said chall 500rs bhar( pay 500rs) i asked why 500rs sir? he said for without helmet, i said without helmet fine is 110rs. 100rs for fine and 10 rs for stamp paper that what i paid on december 2016 in bandra police station. then rudely he said pay fast dont be too smart, i said sir its my right to know why 500rs? then he said fo wrong parking, and said double parking i dont know whats the mean. i said sir how can i park while driving. then he said where are you from? he wants to know either i am a north indian guy, up, bihari south indian etc. i said i am from mumbai. then he said pay 110 and go. i asked him then why did you ask 500rs? the he got angry and said you come to police station he kept license inside. i said why are you getting angry i am just asking its your duty to explain me if i am wrong. he pushed me back told me i will take you to police station. yes i dont wanted to create any drama so i paid 210rs which he was not ready to take coz he wanted me to take to police station but the old guy hawaldar said jaane dho(let him go) then i paid 210 and took receipt and left..while taking my signature he said dint you Listion modi's Man ki baat where he said without helmet 500. he was laughing. i dint said anything i was alone . so i left. Please tell me how much we should pay to normal police and to traffic police?
