I am proud i dint pay a bribe
Going through middle men in RTO office is has become a official custom. i went to RTo office at 8 Am.. While middle men are able to walk freely inside the office to carry on the paperwork. I(public) stood outside the counter.. waiting and allowing the officials to carry out the paperwork of middlemen... I was put in all the queue.. standing all the day... finally at 5 30 i got my license without paying a single rupee extra... At the end of the day i was proud...
