I crossed the red light. The cop looked at me, I could have sped away. I stopped, he came and I offered to pay the fine. I thought I did a great job.

Until I heard what Rajashekar did, he drove on a one way near his house a small insignificant road. No cops in the vicinity. He went to the cop station and said "I want to pay the fine for my violation."
