I did not pay anything for new passport, apart from fees
I wanted to have a passport and did not want to pay a single penny to the ********** agents. So, i decided to carry out everything on my own. I had to take appointments 3 times, because of some or other reasons since I was doing it on my own (I knew if i do it through an agent, it would have been done immediately). But, I did not quit. When i went 4th time to passport office, the guy told me that there is some error on the application form. I showed him my last 3 application forms and asked him to compare and tell which is correct. He had no answers as he knew that he has been rejecting the applications for no reasons. I got my passport at 4th attempt. It's you who offer bribe. Be firm on your grounds and know your rights. You will never have to pay a single penny for your rights.
