This case is not only related to a particular court. It happens in every single court across the country. I went to this particular court to collect my company's legal documents and I found even when the judge was present in the court room, the clerk was taking Rs. 50 to Rs. 500 from everybody even to release their own document.
The situation is worst even in the Bhiwandi Judicial court, There, on behalf of judge, the clerk collect money from people for everything including to give judgment in the favour, for bail, to minimise penalty, and so on
