I knew a person in the department!! Shocked?? Read-on..

I was buying the property from retired person who worked in the registration office. Hence I need not had to pay the bribe.
However, one employee helped me filling the application. I wanted to pay him some 500 Rs. But my father said "Don't show any mercy my son. They are supposed to do that job. They suck money from everybody's blood.. ". So, I did not pay bribe for getting my property registered!!.
